Informations générales
Uridine/cytidine kinase-1 is a pyrimidine ribonucleoside kinase that catalyzes the phosphorylation of uridine and cytidine to form uridine monophosphate (UMP) and cytidine monophosphate (CMP). The deduced 277-amino acid protein has a calculated molecular mass of 31 kDa. UCK1 belongs to the uridine kinase family and UCK have important roles for the phosphorylation of nucleoside analogs that may be important in chemotherapy of cancer.

Avis
The reviews below have been submitted by verified Proteintech customers who received an incentive for providing their feedback.
FH H (Verified Customer) (07-09-2020) | This antibody is good considering the low expression of UCK1 protein. I could see a thick band that corresponds with UCK1 MW.
