  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15783-1-AP (UFC1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

The function of UFC1 (ubiquitin fold modifier conjugating enzyme 1) has not been widely studied, and is yet to be fully elucidated. The MW of this protein is 21 kDa, and this antibody specially recognises the 21 kDa protein. Catalog#15783-1-AP specially recognises the 21 kDa protein.
