  WB analysis using 31574-1-AP (same clone as 31574-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 31574-1-AP (UNK antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 31574-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Unkempt (UNK) is a sequence-specific RNA-binding protein which plays an important role in the establishment and maintenance of the early morphology of cortical neurons during embryonic development. UNK gene encodes a zinc finger/RING domain containing protein, as a negative regulator of the timing of photoreceptor differentiation.
