  WB analysis using 86035-1-RR (same clone as 86035-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 86035-1-RR (UPF3B antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86035-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 86035-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 86035-1-RR against Human UPF3B were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Informations générales

Regulator of nonsense transcripts 3B (UPF3B) is also named as RENT3B, and belongs to the RENT3 family. UPF3B is a core junction protein in the Nonsense-mediated RNA decay (NMD) pathway, involved in the exonuclear transport and quality supervision of mRNA. And UPF3B showed heightened expression in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues and was linked with adverse prognosis (PMID: 38889220). UPF3B promotes the dissociation of post-termination ribosomal complexes that lack nascent peptide. UPF3B could promote ribosome recycling, and UPF3B serves as a direct regulator of translation termination (PMID: 29333258).
