  WB analysis using 82964-1-RR (same clone as 82964-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82964-1-RR (URAT1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82964-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 82964-1-RR (same clone as 82964-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug URAT1 Recombinant antibody (82964-1-RR, Clone:230204B3) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.4 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82964-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

Human urate anion exchanger (URAT1), also known as SLC22A12, is a urate transporter located in the proximal tubules of human kidney and responsible for urate reabsorption. Defects in gene encoding URAT1 cause hypouricemia renal type 1 (RHUC1). This antibody recognizes the glycosylated URAT1 at 70 kDa.
