  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with CL750-82666-14 (VDAC3 antibody) at dilution of 1:500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL750-82666-14

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 750-conjugated VDAC3 Recombinant antibody (CL750-82666-14, Clone:230451C7)(red), or 0.4 ug Isotype Control (CL750-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Informations générales

VDAC3 belongs to the eukaryotic mitochondrial porin family. It forms a channel through the mitochondrial outer membrane that allows diffusion of small hydrophilic molecules. This antibody is specific to VDAC3.
