  WB analysis of HepG2 using 17894-1-AP (same clone as 17894-1-PBS)

  HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17894-1-AP (VPS15 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 17894-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

PIK3R4(phosphoinositide 3-kinase regulatory subunit 4) is also named as PI3-kinase p150 subunit and belongs to the Ser/Thr protein kinase family. It is a regulatory subunit of the PI3K complex and may regulate membrane trafficking late in the endocytic pathway. This protein can be probably autophosphorylated(PMID:19369195).
