  WB analysis of mouse brain using 15478-1-AP (same clone as 15478-1-PBS)

  mouse brain tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 15478-1-AP (VPS28 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 15478-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

VPS28 is a subunit of the ESCRT-I complex (endosomal sorting complex I required for transport), which functions in the transport and sorting of proteins into subcellular vesicles. The ESCRT-I complex is composed of VPS23 (also known as TSG101), VPS28, VPS37, and MVB12A or MVB12B. VPS28 interacts with VPS23. Two alternative transcripts encoding different VPS28 isoforms have been described.
