  WB analysis using 17673-1-AP (same clone as 17673-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 17673-1-AP (VPS4A/B antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 17673-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of A431 using 17673-1-AP (same clone as 17673-1-PBS)

  1x10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug VPS4A/B Polyclonal antibody (17673-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (30000-0-AP) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 17673-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

VPS4 (Vacuolar protein sorting-associated protein 4) is involved in intracellular protein trafficking, presumably at a late endosomal protein transport step. Human VPS4 has two orthologous proteins named VPS4A and VPS4B. This antibody can recognize both VPS4A and VPS4B due to their high homology.
