  WB analysis using 67610-1-Ig (same clone as 67610-1-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67610-1-Ig (VPS53 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Lamin B1 Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66095) as loading control. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 67610-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

VPS53 is a component of the Golgi-associated retrograde protein (GARP) complex, also called VFT (VPS fifty-three) complex, composed of VPS51, VPS52, VPS53 and VPS54. GARP complex functions in traffic from endosomes to the trans-Golgi network (PMID: 15878329). GARP proteins interact with RAB proteins and SNARE proteins.
