  WB analysis using 85598-2-RR (same clone as 85598-2-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 85598-2-RR (VRK1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85598-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IHC staining of human tonsillitis using 85598-2-RR (same clone as 85598-2-PBS)

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human tonsillitis tissue slide using 85598-2-RR (VRK1 antibody) at dilution of 1:800 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85598-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed U2OS cells using VRK1 antibody (85598-2-RR, Clone: 242978A1 ) at dilution of 1:1000 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-Phalloidin (red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 85598-2-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

Vaccinia-related kinase 1 (VRK1) is a members of the vaccinia-related kinase (VRK) family of serine/threonine kinases and are principally localized in the nucleus. VRK1 was initially described as a kinase with homology to B1R, a vaccinia virus kinase required for viral DNA replication and the early phase of infection. It has been suggested that VRK1 was overexpressed in numerous human tumors, such as lung carcinomas, hepatocellular carcinoma, breast carcinomas, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
