  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 28156-1-AP (WNT3 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 28156-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

WNT3 is also named as INT4. WNT3 is required for normal gastrulation, formation of the primitive streak, and for the formation of the mesoderm during early embryogenesis (PMID: 14872406). Wnt3 is up-regulated in cancer tissues, such as gastric cancer and lung cancer. Wnt3, as a member of Wnt family, has been proved to promote the stabilization of β-catenin to regulate the radiation sensitivity of cancer cells (PMID: 31851619).
