  WB analysis of NK-92 using 86437-1-RR (same clone as 86437-1-PBS)

  PMA, Ionomycin and Brefeldin A treated NK-92 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 86437-1-RR (XCL1 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 86437-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
