  WB analysis using 83798-6-RR (same clone as 83798-6-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83798-6-RR (YAF2 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83798-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of HeLa using 83798-6-RR (same clone as 83798-6-PBS)

  1x10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug YAF2 Recombinant antibody (83798-6-RR, Clone:240834G11) and APC-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 83798-6-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.
