  WB analysis using 84933-5-RR (same clone as 84933-5-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84933-5-RR (YOD1 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84933-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of K-562 using 84933-5-RR (same clone as 84933-5-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed K-562 cells using YOD1 antibody (84933-5-RR, Clone: 242498G6 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84933-5-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

• 

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84933-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84933-5-RR against Human YOD1 were performed. The affinity constant is 1.07 nM.

YOD1, also known as YOD1 deubiquitinase, belongs to the ovarian tumor (OTU) domain-containing family of deubiquitinating enzymes (DUBs), which play a crucial role in regulating cellular processes by removing ubiquitin molecules from target proteins. YOD1 is particularly involved in the endoplasmic reticulum-associated degradation (ERAD) pathway, where it assists in the clearance of misfolded proteins from the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) by modulating the ubiquitination status of ERAD components.
