  WB analysis using 82712-3-RR (same clone as 82712-3-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82712-3-RR (YY1 antibody) at dilution of 1:4000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82712-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 82712-3-RR (same clone as 82712-3-PBS)

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using YY1 antibody (82712-3-RR, Clone: 1B5 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82712-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using YY1 antibody (82712-3-RR, Clone: 1B5 ) at dilution of 1:400 and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 488-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR002), Alpha Tubulin antibody (66031-1-Ig, Clone: 1E4C11, red). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82712-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  ChIP experiment of K-562 using 82712-3-RR (same clone as 82712-3-PBS)

  Chromatin was prepared from K-562 cells. Cells were fixed with formaldehyde for 10 minutes. The ChIP was performed with 15 µg of cross-linked chromatin, 5 µg of YY1 (82712-3-RR) or 5 ug of Normal Rabbit IgG (98136-1-RR), and 20 µl of Protein A Magarose Beads. The immunoprecipitated DNA was quantified by real-time PCR. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82712-3-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 82712-3-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 82712-3-RR against Human YY1 were performed. The affinity constant is 0.835 nM.

Informations générales

YY1, also named as DELTA, INO80S and NF-E1, contains four C2H2-type zinc fingers and belongs to the YY transcription factor family. YY1 is a multifunctional transcription factor that exhibits positive and negative control on a large number of cellular and viral genes by binding to sites overlapping the transcription start site. YY1 may direct histone deacetylases and histone acetyltransferases to a promoter in order to activate or repress the promoter, thus implicating histone modification in the YY1. The open reading frame of the human YY1 cDNA encodes a protein of 414 amino acids with a predicted molecular weight of 44 kDa. However, YY1 migrates on SDS gels as a 65-68 kDa protein, probably due to the structure of the protein. It is a ubiquitously expressed transcription factor with fundamental roles in embryogenesis, differentiation, replication and proliferation.
