  FC experiment of MCF-7 using 82912-3-RR

  1x10^6 MCF-7 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Human ZC3H11A (82912-3-RR, Clone:230191B4) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with True-Nuclear Transcription Factor Buffer Set.
