  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 82739-1-RR (ZDHHC9 antibody) at dilution of 1:2700 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 82739-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

ZDHHC9, also named as CXorf11, ZDHHC10, ZNF379 or ZNF380, is a 364 amino acid protein, which contains one DHHC-type zinc finger and belongs to the DHHC palmitoyltransferase activity. ZDHHC9 localizes in the endoplasmic reticulum membrane and is highly expressed in kidney, skeletal muscle, brain, lung and liver. The ZDHHC9-GOLGA7 complex is a palmitoyltransferase specific for HRAS and NRAS.
