  WB analysis using 84418-7-RR (same clone as 84418-7-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84418-7-RR (ZNHIT2 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84418-7-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84418-7-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84418-7-RR against Human ZNHIT2 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

Informations générales

ZNHIT2 belongs to a family of HIT-finger proteins characterized by the presence of a HIT domain, a roughly 50-residue zinc-binding domain containing conserved cysteine (Cys) and histidine (His) residues. ZNHIT2 is a cofactor of R2TP/PFDL that targets the U5 snRNP. ZNHIT2 is highly expressed in testis.
