  WB analysis of NIH/3T3 using 24816-1-AP (same clone as 24816-1-PBS)

  NIH/3T3 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24816-1-AP (ZRANB2 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 24816-1-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

Informations générales

ZRANB2, also named as ZIS and ZNF265, is a splice factor required for alternative splicing of TRA2B/SFRS10 transcripts. It may interfere with constitutive 5'-splice site selection. The calculated MW of ZRANB2 is 330aa, 37 kDa or 320aa, 36 kDa. We always got the ~48 kDa in our detection. The immunogen of this antibody is 1-241aa. No other protein can be recognized by this antibody from the sequence BLAST results.
