  WB analysis using 84779-4-RR (same clone as 84779-4-PBS)

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84779-4-RR (cIAP2 antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84779-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  IP experiment of Raji using 84779-4-RR (same clone as 84779-4-PBS)

  IP result of anti-cIAP2 (IP:84779-4-RR, 4ug; Detection:84779-4-RR 1:1000) with Raji cells lysate 1600 ug. This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84779-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  FC experiment of Raji using 84779-4-RR (same clone as 84779-4-PBS)

  1x10^6 Raji cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug cIAP2 Recombinant antibody (84779-4-RR, Clone:242214E11) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control Recombinant Antibody (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue). Cells were fixed and permeabilized with Transcription Factor Staining Buffer Kit (PF00011). This data was developed using the same antibody clone with 84779-4-PBS in a different storage buffer formulation.

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84779-4-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84779-4-RR against Human cIAP2 were performed. The affinity constant is 46.8 pM.
