Customer Service Specialist

The company is looking for pioneers to develop within a dedicated team the APAC market. As a rapidly expanding biotech company, you will drive the APAC market and contribute to our worldwide growth. As part of the initial team, you will be responsible and challenged with multiple facets of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer general enquiries and quotations requests

• Provide support to regional sales activities

• Execute and manage the quote-to-cash process, and ensure timely order fulfilment

• Work with Proteintech’s global distribution and manufacturing facilities to maintain the local Singapore stock of consignment goods

• Liaise with 3^rd party delivery and freight services for timely pick up & delivery

• Store and organise incoming stock, pick and pack for outgoing shipments

• Work with finance on billing and invoicing matters

• Maintain all administrative documentation and inventory records

• Perform other duties/projects as assigned

Preferred Experience

• Ability to manage multiple tasks meticulously according to priorities

• Positive, professional, and customer-oriented attitude

• Good time management and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Skills to work both independently and in teams

• Must have a 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position

• Experience with customer management and order fulfilment process

• Experience with exporting procedure and documentation

• Experience and knowledge of the life science industry is an advantage

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Practised with ERP/WMS, and CRM software

Qualification

• A bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, supply chain, or life sciences
