  WB analysis using 84033-3-RR

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 84033-3-RR (ACSF2 antibody) at dilution of 1:5000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  FC experiment of A549 using 84033-3-RR

  1x10^6 A549 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug ACSF2 Recombinant antibody (84033-3-RR, Clone:241208D9) and Multi-rAb CoraLite ® Plus 647-Goat Anti-Rabbit Recombinant Secondary Antibody (H+L) (RGAR005)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 84033-3-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 84033-3-RR against Human ACSF2 were performed. The affinity constant is 1.94 nM.
