  IF Staining of mouse skeletal muscle using CL488-24378

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed paraffin-embedded mouse skeletal muscle tissue using CoraLite® Plus 488 ACTN3 antibody (CL488-24378) at dilution of 1:200. Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  FC experiment of C2C12 using CL488-24378

  1x10^6 C2C12 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug Coralite® Plus 488 Actn3 Polyclonal Antibody (CL488-24378)(red), or 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
