  WB analysis of THP-1 using 66620-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 66620-1-Ig (ADAM10 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Geprüfte Anwendungen

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: THP-1-Zellen, Jurkat-Zellen, K-562-Zellen, MCF-7-Zellen
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Prostatakarzinomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:1000-1:4000
