  IHC staining of human gliomas using 19778-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human gliomas tissue slide using 19778-1-AP (ADRA2B-Specific antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  FC experiment of HEK-293 using 19778-1-AP

  1x10^6 HEK-293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug ADRA2B-Specific Polyclonal antibody (19778-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

Geprüfte Anwendungen

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Gliomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in FC (Intra): HEK-293-Zellen

Empfohlene Verdünnung

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:50-1:500
• Durchflusszytometrie (FC) (INTRA): FC (INTRA) : 0.25 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
