  FC experiment of HEK-293 using 83912-5-RR

  1x10^6 HEK-293 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Ank2 Recombinant Antibody (83912-5-RR, Clone:240982G5) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83912-5-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83912-5-RR against Human ANK2 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maus-Cerebellum-Gewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

The Ankyrins, belonging to the adapter protein family, consist of Ankyrin-R (ANK1), Ankyrin-B (ANK2), and Ankyrin-G (ANK3). Initially, ANK2 was considered as a key cytoskeletal-associated protein in the brain. Besides, it was discovered as a pivotal adaptor and scaffolding protein in the heart.
