  HepG2 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 83504-1-RR (Apolipoprotein AI antibody) at dilution of 1:10000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  IHC staining of human stomach cancer using 83504-1-RR

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human stomach cancer tissue slide using 83504-1-RR (Apolipoprotein AI antibody) at dilution of 1:600 (under 20x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer(pH9).

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 83504-1-RR

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using Apolipoprotein AI antibody (83504-1-RR, Clone: 240269F1 ) at dilution of 1:400 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 83504-1-RR

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Apolipoprotein AI Recombinant antibody (83504-1-RR, Clone:240269F1) and PE-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83504-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83504-1-RR against Human Apolipoprotein AI were performed. The affinity constant is 4.05 nM.

ApoA1 is a major protein component of high density lipoproteins (HDL) which is associated with reversed cholesterol transport, lipid/cholesterol binding, lecithin/cholesterol acyltransferase (LCAT) activation and specific receptors binding. It is synthesized in the liver and small intestine. Defects of ApoA1 cause low HDL level and systemic non-neuropathic amyloidosis. Serum concentration of ApoA1 is inversely related to the risk of developing atherosclerosis.
