  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 14652-1-AP (ARPC3 antibody) at dilution of 1:2500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Kolonkarzinomgewebe, Mausmilzgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

Works great for Western Blot! We used 5% milk in TBS-T to block the membrane and diluted the ARPC3 antibody 1:1000 in 5% milk in TBS-T. We received one specific clear band. Awesome antibody!
