  WB analysis of L02 using 27467-1-AP

  L02 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27467-1-AP (ATG4A antibody) at dilution of 1:1500 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Magenkrebsgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

Hintergrundinformationen

ATG4, a member of the cysteine protease family, plays an important role in autophagy induction. ATG4 enzymes cleave the C-terminal amino acid of ATG8 family proteins to reveal a C-terminal glycine that is essential for ATG8 proteins conjugation to phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) and insertion to membranes. ATG4A, which may be a target for cancer prevention and intervention, has been reported to be related to breast tumorigenesis, lung cancer, ovarian cancer, cervical cancer and gastric cancer.
