  IF Staining of HepG2 using CL488-28549

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 Alpha-2-antiplasmin antibody (CL488-28549) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HepG2 using CL488-28549

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug Coralite® Plus 488 Alpha-2-Antiplasmin Polyclonal Antibody (CL488-28549)(red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

SERPINF2, also termed Alpha-2-antiplasmin(a2-AP), a member of the serpin family of serine protease inhibitors. SERPINF2 is a major inhibitor of plasmin, which degrades fibrin and various other proteins. Consequently, the proper function of this gene has a major role in regulating the blood clotting pathway. Mutations in SERPINF2 result in alpha-2-plasmin inhibitor deficiency, which is characterized by severe hemorrhagic diathesis.
