  IF Staining of human breast cancer using CL594-67215

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed human breast cancer tissue using CoraLite®594 BCAR1 antibody (CL594-67215, Clone: 2D11C10 ) at dilution of 1:200.

  IF Staining of MCF-7 using CL594-67215

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed MCF-7 cells using CoraLite®594 p130Cas / BCAR1 antibody (CL594-67215, Clone: 2D11C10 ) at dilution of 1:200.

  FC experiment of A431 using CL594-67215

  1X10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite®594 Anti-Human p130Cas / BCAR1 (CL594-67215, Clone:2D11C10) (red), or 0.4 ug Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (CL594-66360-2, Clone: K11A1B2A2) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
