  FC experiment of A431 using CL647-67215

  1X10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Human p130Cas / BCAR1 (CL647-67215, Clone:2D11C10) (red), or 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 647 Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (C1.18.4) (CL647-65208, Clone: C1.18.4) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
