  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 66556-1-Ig (BCL10 antibody) at dilution of 1:3000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours. The membrane was stripped and reblotted with HRP-conjugated Alpha Tubulin Monoclonal antibody (HRP-66031) as loading control.

  1X10^6 Jurkat cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug Anti-Human BCL10 (66556-1-Ig, Clone:2E8G5) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Mouse IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1000 (green), and 0.2 ug Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (66360-1-Ig, Clone: T1F8D3F10) (black). Cells were fixed with 90% MeOH .

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Tonsillitisgewebe, humanes Lymphomgewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
