  WB analysis of MCF-7 using 26212-1-AP

  MCF-7 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 26212-1-AP (C11orf30 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of Jurkat using 26212-1-AP

  Jurkat cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 26212-1-AP (C11orf30 Antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IF Staining of MCF-7 using 26212-1-AP

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed MCF-7 cells using C11orf30 antibody (26212-1-AP) at dilution of 1:600 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2), CL594-phalloidin (red).
