  WB analysis of PC-13 using 24588-1-AP

  PC-13 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24588-1-AP (C6orf204 Antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of K-562 using 24588-1-AP

  K-562 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 24588-1-AP (CEP85L antibody) at dilution of 1:300 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  IHC staining of mouse testis using 24588-1-AP

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue slide using 24588-1-AP (CEP85L antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).
