  IF Staining of HepG2 using CL488-66908

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 C7 antibody (CL488-66908, Clone: 1H9C4 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HepG2 using CL488-66908

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated C7 Monoclonal antibody (CL488-66908, Clone:1H9C4)(red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Mouse IgG1 Isotype Control (1F8D3) (CL488-66360-1, Clone: 1F8D3) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
