  IF Staining of HepG2 using CL647-66693

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite® Plus 647 CALD1 antibody (CL647-66693, Clone: 1E1C11 ) at dilution of 1:100.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL647-66693

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 ug CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Human CALD1 (CL647-66693, Clone:1E1C11) (red), or 0.2 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
