  WB analysis of Y79 using 20766-1-AP

  Y79 cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20766-1-AP (CAPRIN2 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of SH-SY5Y using 20766-1-AP

  SH-SY5Y cells were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 20766-1-AP (CAPRIN2 antibody) at dilution of 1:600 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

Antibody works very well for WB and IP from HEK293T cells, and works well for WB and IF from rat tissue samples. However, I couldn't get the antibody to work for IP from rat neuronal samples.
