  IHC staining of mouse testis using 83300-2-RR

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded mouse testis tissue slide using 83300-2-RR (CARHSP1 antibody) at dilution of 1:200 (under 40x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

  IF Staining of HepG2 using 83300-2-RR

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using CARHSP1 antibody (83300-2-RR, Clone: 230489F3 ) at dilution of 1:250 and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2).

• 

  FC experiment of HepG2 using 83300-2-RR

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug CARHSP1 Recombinant antibody (83300-2-RR, Clone:230489F3) and APC-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L)(red), or 0.25 ug Isotype Control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 83300-2-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 83300-2-RR against Human CARHSP1 were performed. The affinity constant is 4.36 nM.

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: Maushodengewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.
