  FC experiment of Transfected HEK-293T using 98480-1-RR

  1x10^6 HEK-293T cells (left) or CCL8/MCP-2-transfected HEK-293T cells (right) were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse CCL8/MCP-2 Rabbit RecAb (98480-1-RR, Clone: 250174H6) and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  1x10^6 HEK-293T cells (left) or CCL8/MCP-2-transfected HEK-293T cells (right) were intracellularly stained with 0.25 ug Anti-Mouse CCL8/MCP-2 Rabbit RecAb (98480-1-RR, Clone: 250174H6) (red) or 0.25 ug Rabbit IgG Isotype Control RecAb (98136-1-RR, Clone: 240953C9) (blue), and PE-Conjugated Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

  Affinity and Kinetic Characterization of 98480-1-RR

  Biolayer interferometry (BLl) kinetic assays of 98480-1-RR against Mouse CCL8/MCP-2 were performed. The affinity constant is below 1 pM.
