  FC experiment of Transfected HEK-293T using PY7-98480

  1x10^6 HEK-293T cells (left) or CCL8/MCP-2-transfected HEK-293T cells (right) were intracellularly stained with 0.1 ug PE-Cyanine7 Anti-Mouse CCL8/MCP-2 Rabbit RecAb (PY7-98480, Clone: 250174H6). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
