  IF Staining of Raji using CL488-66390

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed Raji cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 CD74 antibody (CL488-66390, Clone: 2D8A1 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of human PBMCs using CL488-66390

  1x10^6 human PBMCs were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated CD74 Monoclonal antibody (CL488-66390, Clone: 2D8A1) or 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 488 Mouse IgG2a Isotype Control (C1.18.4) (CL488-65208, Clone: C1.18.4). Cells were co-stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite® Plus 647 Anti-Human CD19 (SJ25C1) (CL647-65145, Clone: SJ25C1). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
