  IF Staining of HepG2 using CL594-16686

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (4% PFA) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite®594 CKAP4 antibody (CL594-16686) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL594-16686

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug CoraLite®594 Anti-Human CKAP4 (CL594-16686) (red), or 0.8 ug Isotype Control. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
