  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 19425-1-AP (COX16 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

There are some unspecific bands which were distant but stronger than COX16 itself, even though I loaded 30-40ug of protein and 1.1000 dilution of antibody, either HeLa cells have very low abundant or antibody has some problems.
