  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CPVL Polyclonal antibody (12548-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) (SA00013-2)(red), or 0.4 ug rabbit IgG isotype control (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

• Immunpräzipitation (IP): IP : 0.5-4.0 ug for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate
• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:20-1:200
• Immunfluoreszenz (IF)/ICC: IF/ICC : 1:50-1:500
• Durchflusszytometrie (FC) (INTRA): FC (INTRA) : 0.40 ug per 10^6 cells in a 100 µl suspension

It is recommended that this reagent should be titrated in each testing system to obtain optimal results.
