  WB analysis using 67264-1-Ig

  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 67264-1-Ig (CYP11A1 antibody) at dilution of 1:20000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of HepG2 using 67264-1-Ig

  WB result of CYP11A1 antibody (67264-1-Ig; 1:2000; incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours) with sh-Control and sh-CYP11A1 transfected HepG2 cells.

  IHC staining of human placenta using 67264-1-Ig

  Immunohistochemical analysis of paraffin-embedded human placenta tissue slide using 67264-1-Ig (CYP11A1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 (under 10x lens). Heat mediated antigen retrieval with Tris-EDTA buffer (pH 9.0).

• Erfolgreiche Detektion in WB: LNCaP-Zellen, HeLa-Zellen, HepG2-Zellen, humanes Hodengewebe, Maushodengewebe, Rattenhodengewebe
• Erfolgreiche Detektion in IHC: humanes Plazenta-Gewebe; Hinweis: Antigendemaskierung mit TE-Puffer pH 9,0 empfohlen. (*) Wahlweise kann die Antigendemaskierung auch mit Citratpuffer pH 6,0 erfolgen.

• Immunhistochemie (IHC): IHC : 1:500-1:2000
