  Various lysates were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27372-1-AP (CYSLTR1 antibody) at dilution of 1:8000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

  WB analysis of mouse heart using 27372-1-AP

  mouse heart tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27372-1-AP (CYSLTR1 antibody) at dilution of 1:1000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.

• 

  WB analysis of rat heart using 27372-1-AP

  rat heart tissue were subjected to SDS PAGE followed by western blot with 27372-1-AP (CYSLTR1 antibody) at dilution of 1:2000 incubated at room temperature for 1.5 hours.
