  IF Staining of HeLa using CL594-67107

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Methanol) fixed HeLa cells using CoraLite®594 Calpastatin antibody (CL594-67107, Clone: 1G12A2 ) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HeLa using CL594-67107

  1X10^6 HeLa cells were intracellularly stained with 0.4 ug CoraLite®594 Anti-Human Calpastatin (CL594-67107, Clone:1G12A2) (red), or 0.4 ug Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).
