  IF Staining of HepG2 using CL488-21445

  Immunofluorescent analysis of (-20°C Ethanol) fixed HepG2 cells using CoraLite® Plus 488 DDRGK1 antibody (CL488-21445) at dilution of 1:200.

• 

  FC experiment of HepG2 using CL488-21445

  1x10^6 HepG2 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated DDRGK1 Polyclonal antibody (CL488-21445)(red), or 0.8 ug CoraLite® Plus 488-conjugated Rabbit IgG control Rabbit PolyAb (CL488-30000) (blue). Cells were fixed with 4% PFA and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Perm Buffer (PF00011-C).

DDRGK1, also name as C20orf116, is a member of the DDRGK domain-containing protein family with unknown function. Depletion of DDRGK1 inhibits cell proliferation and invasion. Expression of NF-κB target genes showed the most significant decrease after depleting of DDRGK1, suggesting that DDRGK1 may play an important role in the NF-κB signaling pathway. DDRGK1 interacts with IκBα and regulates its stability, thereby regulates the NF-κB transcriptional activity. DDRGK1 acts as an important regulator of the NF-κB pathway.
